CHAPELTON Carole (nee Morris) Peacefully at University Hospital of Wales on 12th April 2024, Carole aged 81 years. Beloved wife of the late Clive, much loved Mum of Mark and Simon, loved mother in law of Clare and Leah, adored Nan of Stephanie and Annabelle and Nanny Granny to Oliver and Isobel, also a loved sister and sister in law to Linda, John and Caroline. Carole will forever be sadly missed by all her family and friends. Resting at A G Adams Funeralcare until the service on Wednesday 15th May at Cardiff & Glamorgan Crematorium at 2pm, family flower only, donations on the day will be collected for Ty Hafan, Marie Curie and The RNIB.
